GREAT WITH MILK, FULL OF CHOCOLATE AND CARAMEL FLAVOURS WITH A SUBTLE HINT OF FRUIT. IT STANDS UP WELL AS AN ESPRESSO BUT ALSO PUNCHES THROUGH AS GREAT AS A FLAT WHITE, LATTE OR CAPPO!

2) COLOMBIA (CAUCA; CATURRA & COLOMBIA – WASHED PROCESS)

DIRECTLY SOURCED FROM HERNAN DORRONSORO AND HIS FAMILY WHO EXTRACT HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH FOR A FEW YEARS.

THIS IS A BIT MORE ‘SPECIALTY’ AND FRUITY. IT IS BRIGHT, SWEET AND TASTES A BIT LIKE CHERRIES. GREAT AS ESPRESSO OR LONG BLACK! AS A LATTE IT TASTES A BIT VANILLA(RY!) AND LIKE CARAMAC BAR
